Icy Prism – Luminous Glow Stick

A transparent, hydrating balm stick infused with an ultra-fine lustre. The special effect pigments used for the silky glow have a maximum size of 25 microns to create the glossy finish. The stark, icy shade has an ultra-cool blue shift in a transparent base. It gives an otherworldly “cyber glow”. This shade is specially formulated for high-contrast “winter” skin tones with distinct blue or pink undertones.
