Stardust Noir Sparkling Eyeliner

The Stardust Noir Sparkling Eyeliner is inspired by the fragments of collapsed stars in the night sky. The base of the colour recipe contains a mica-based pigment coloured with black iron oxide, Geopearl® C Black. The broken stars are replicated using oversized synthetic mica in two different colours, these are Geopearl® C Crystal Scattering Rainbow and Geopearl® C Crystal Scattering Sun Gold.
